Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and maximizing sales within the events industry. With your keen understanding of client needs, you will collaborate closely with our team and clients to create tailored event solutions that align with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research prospective clients within target industries. 
  • Conduct thorough consultations with prospective clients to understand their event goals, preferences, and budgetary requirements. 
  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and bookings. Handle objections and concerns with professionalism and confidence. Close sales agreements in a timely manner while achieving revenue targets.
  • Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Work closely with the event planning and production teams to translate client requirements into seamless event experiences. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field. (Preferred)
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the events or hospitality industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for event planning and execution.
    Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
